A specialty for many years, our Baritone models have attracted a long list of adventurous
players, including Ani DiFranco, Kaki King, "Skunk" Baxter, Joe Perry and Brad Whitford,
Eddie Van Halen, and many, many more.
Our Baritones are designed for maximum playability and comfort, and scale lengths are chosen
to optimize these factors for each model.
The Baritone 6-string's 27.7" scale has plenty of tension and length for the fullest possible sound,
without excessive, uncomfortable fret spacing.
The Baritone 12-string's 26.1" scale length is a little shorter, to compensate for the added
tension and fretting pressure of the high octave strings.
The rich low-end voice of these guitars is perfect for solo artists, singers with a
naturally lower range, or any guitarist who wants huge, full, powerful tone and
extended range.
